Ninas - (Near San Jose, CA)

3 /5 Harry Bui: I went to Ninas in Eastridge to grab a quick bite. The place had a nice atmosphere, and the staff was friendly. I ordered the chicken tacos, and they were good but not great. The chicken was a little dry, and the salsa could’ve been spicier. I also tried their guacamole, which was fresh but a bit bland. The service was quick, and the staff was nice, but I felt like the food could have been better. It was okay, I think I might try something else next time, but Im not sure if Ill go back soon.

1 /5 NIKKI ROSE: -PLEASE READ BEFORE USING FITTING ROOMS!!!- MAJOR PRIVACY ISSUE!!!! I’m posting this to bring awareness to a major privacy concern at this store. The moment I walked into the fitting room area at Ninas I immediately spotted a high mounted security camera that was facing directly toward the fitting rooms. The camera was placed so high up that it could easily see over the top of the dressing rooms making it possible to record people while they’re changing. Let me be clear: if you can see the camera from inside the fitting room, the camera can absolutely see you too. I felt completely exposed and instantly uncomfortable. I had to ask the store owner to move me to a room that wasn’t directly in view of the camera. When I brought it up, the owner told me the cameras “cut off” at the fitting room doors but based on the camera angle and placement, it’s extremely hard to believe that. Whether intentional or not, there is zero sense of privacy here. Just knowing the camera was aimed in that direction made me feel violated. Please be aware and protect your privacy. You should never have to worry about being on camera while half naked in a fitting room. I strongly urge management to reevaluate the placement of their cameras, because customer comfort and safety should always come first. I am even thinking about reporting them to the BBB and The Department of consumer affairs and Also reporting to the state attorneys generals office because NO CAMERAS SHOULD BE FACING DIRECTLY INTO THE FITTINGS ROOMS! Very poor business choice! Do better Ninas and remove your camera facing directly into and over the fitting room!!!

2 /5 Maria L Chavez: Had to return a blazer so had to find an exchange for store credit I ask the clerk and looked bothered to help me to find the jeans I just tried on and went another clerk to pay n no smile or a hi n just stamped my receipt final sale ! Thiis store sucks in customer service

2 /5 Jasmine Magana: I typically love this place and there cute clothes but recently me and my friend were there trying on clothes and I couldnt help but notice the older Asian woman who works there had followed us into the changing area and was standing there arms folded and scowling at us. I tried to smile at her but she just kept on staring at us. When I left the fitting room after being fairly disturbed my friend thanked her for letting me try on the clothes. She ignored her and proceeded to take the clothes from the rack. I assume theft is a common problem in the store but theres no need to treat a paying customer in that manner. Im not sure what made her think we would steal as Ive been to that store multiple times and purchased things. Regardless, I dont think Ill be going back anytime soon.

1 /5 Mo Cev: Came across this store while walking the mall and my wife decided to go in and picked out a few things she liked. This store lacks customer service as the associates are rude! There were 2 associates fooling around while ringing customers up and none helping anyone on the floor. She asked the associate for a dressing room and she goes to say dressing rooms are closed. Its 15 minutes before closing time. So we wasted our time looking for things she liked only to be told no you cant try it on. You just lost a sale of about $120 due to the lack of professionalism and customer service. I would give this store 0 rating and not even recommend it to anyone based on our own experience. What a waste of time. We will be spending our money elsewhere who knows how to treat their customers with respect and values their patronage.
