2 /5 V T: During my holiday shopping last month, I visited the Nordstrom at Stanford, intending to purchase a cosmetic gift set. Unfortunately, interactions with several staff members in the cosmetics department made me feel prejudged and undervalued, as if I would not be making a purchase. As a Nordstrom Ambassador and long time loyal customer who has shopped at locations across the country, I found this experience both disappointing and unexpected. I shared my feedback with the assistant manager and hope the team receives additional training so this location can better reflect the level of service Nordstrom is known for.

5 /5 Elena Baruah: It is a little tucked away from the main mall area and you have to cross the street if you are headed from a parking garage. A great store if you are into brands. Also I love their return policy. If I change my mind about something, it is very easy to return.

5 /5 D F: I love this store since shopping in the last century (I know I am making you think but the last century was only 24 years ago…lol) because of the amazing customer service! Thank you to the wonderful lady handing out the complimentary snacks and drink for the start of the anniversary sale! I originally came in to purchase a Marie Tash earring but was informed that her items are now online only which is such a shame . However, it was a pleasure walking around to the wonderful displays and speaking to all the sales associates …thank you
