5 /5 Hanna: I just wanted to share my blessing experience at this mall. Today, October 4th, 2025 around 5pm my nephew and I were on the 5 freeway from San Diego to Los Angeles. Unfortunately there was a ladder in the middle of freeway and it heavily damaged the bottom of my vehicle. So, I had to quickly exit to the nearest exit which was Oceanside Town and County Mall. As I was calling all the nearest bodyshops they were either closed or couldnt provide any service since it was Saturday evening. However, what couldve potentially became a nightmare that evening soon became a miraculous one after meeting the security guards on duty, (hopefully I am spelling the names correctly) Joel and Amin. Without hesitation they helped me and fixed the bottom of my vehicle. They even fully explained what was the problem and I dont need to take it to bodyshops. Afterwards, I really wanted to express my gratitude but they refused to take any gifts as they were more than happy to help us out. We were so thankful and grateful for their kindness. We are really touched by this experience and will never ever forget this day. We truly thank you!
