The online ordering process was simple and convenient, and I appreciated the text notification when my order was ready. Since Ontario Mills can get extremely busy during this time of year, my goal was to get in and out quickly, and I did! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff provided excellent customer service. My order was ready and waiting, and the team was exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience shopping at this Old Navy outlet. I’ll definitely be returning after the holiday rush.

Jenny Fall We always find a nice variety of items for our family here at reasonable prices. Clothes, shoes, housewares, linens, and home decor are just some of the things that they carry. The employees are quick to greet customers. Returns and exchanges are easy with a receipt. Face masks are required and safety dividers are in place at the registers. A security guard keeps track of shoppers coming and going to maintain a limited amount of customers in the store during the pandemic for every ones safety.

Victoria Webb Go to the pedal in the store just to see JORGE for checkout. He cares and makes you feel like you’re with Family! There’s also a very nice lady in the back that I didn’t catch her name, but she was wonderful with my returns.
