5 /5 Yuli Avila: I always go to to this Old Navy and have a great experience. The staff is always so helpful. The same employee has helped me multiple times. Today, I went to return some shirts and bought some clothes for my 2 girls. I had my stroller with me. After I paid, left the store, and put the girls in the car, I realized I forgot to pay for the girls shoes that were left in the stroller. I drove back towards the store and parked. I called the store to ask if I could pay over the phone or I could just meet someone to return the shoes (since my girls were already strapped in the car). The employee ( I think shes a manager and her name is Betty?) said shed meet and she heard my 3 year old crying that she had really wanted the shoes. Well, she decided to buy them for her (crying face). She told me that she didnt want my daughter to cry and Merry Christmas. I told her God bless her and I would write a wonderful review for her. What a sweet angel. When I was pregnant last year, the same employee helped me pick out maternity clothes when I couldnt find any. I highly recommend this store and leave them positive reviews when you have a positive experience. May all the employees here be blessed this holiday season! The Christmas season is all about being kind and generous and she has inspired me to do the same for others!
