Old Navy - Shop CA (Near Salinas)

Judge Travis Came in last Saturday 1/24/26 in the evening and had a nice experience. Larissa S. Was quick to greet me & let me know she could help if needed. After looking around a bit, I asked her to help me find a certain shoe brand in a size, etc. She was quick and excited to help. People should keep in mind that a lot of common sizes arent available, but I am certain Larissa would be glad to order them for you. Of course I can buy shoes online, but will go back just for such on point customer service.

Casey Bethea The inventory here changes week by week, so you kind of have to have an open mind when you go into shop and try to find what youre looking for. My daughter was able to find what she wanted. We were school shopping. The staff was very friendly yet professional. The store was clean.

Alex Vinogradov This store is well managed. The product i need is available. The mens belts "LEE" of different sizes are sold here. Also, it would be nice if more mens socks made mostly of cotton were available in this store.

Catherine Shaeffer Everyone was helpful and easy to find for questions or needs. Store was clean and well stocked. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was there was only one cashier, but other staff close by. Kept waiting for one of them to open another register...nope...they just averted their eyes so as to not meet customers...BUT 5 stars to that one cashier! She was crazy fast all the while being pleasant!
