Ruvic Ann D. Ng Old Navy is an excellent store offering affordable and comfortable clothing options for the entire family. The store is well-organized, and the staff work diligently to maintain a pleasant and welcoming shopping environment. I highly recommend supporting this location and appreciating the efforts of both the employees and customers who help keep the store in great condition.

Erfan Karimian I recently visited the Ross Dress for Less store in San Rafael and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. While shopping, I attempted to use my Trolley (shopping cart) to carry my items to the car, but was stopped by security and told that I wasnt allowed to do so. When I asked why, they simply stated that it was against store policy and that I needed to carry my items instead. What made things worse was that no one had informed me of this policy beforehand, and I had already loaded my Trolley with items. It was a huge inconvenience to have to unload everything and carry it all to the car myself. The lack of clear communication and inflexibility from the security team really sucked. I hope the store reconsiders their policy and improves their customer service. Until then, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Algereese Clayton I came to Old Navy to only pick-up my order, but my eyes couldnt resist all the temptation surrounding me. I was able to find my childrens Christmas attire clothes for their school plays. I loved that the clothes was perfectly sorted where you didnt have to look to far. The childrens area was well organized and I appreciated that.

Elisa Ross Always a horrible mess and in a absolute disarray. Customers make it a disaster, but overall its good-ish. Employees are not nice or respectful at all. Security at the door is pointless. They stand there and clearly SEE you check out, mere feet away less than 10 feet away, yet still want to check off your receipt.
