1 /5 Shelby Brittain: REALLY poor customer service every time I go here. ie. there was only one jacket in my size left on the mannequin and the employees refused to sell it to me because the mannequin was wearing it..?! God forbid it gets cold. (this same thing happened to me at the Santa Rosa ave location and the manager was more than happy to change the mannequins shirt to make a sale). Anyways, went back to the coddingtown location this weekend to make an online return and for whatever reason one of the pants I was trying to return wasn’t popping up on my account as purchased which was weird and a total technical glitch on old navy’s part..but the attitude from the employee was “I can’t help you unless you have proof” and asked me to step aside while he helped other customers. 0/10 customer service. Go to Santa Rosa ave, way friendlier staff and they don’t share employees thankfully.

5 /5 Alan Hennessy: Walking into this Old Navy, there is a display of mannequins that tell alot about the store. It offers casual clothing for the whole family. You can also expect affordable, high quality apparel with a large variety of sizes to choose from. I purchased some shirts here recently for a vacation.They had just what I was looking for. The name Old Navy comes from a Parisian Cafe. I like the dark shade of blue outside the store, offering a sense of confidence and stability.

1 /5 Alexandria Cassero: I am disabled, left leg amputee. I was just there, Tuesday 6024/25 at 10:45 and slipped and slid on a pen laying on the ground in the front of the store, another customer helped me up, very sweet of her. I went to find the manager to give her the pen and let her know what just happened and without any eye contact, she took the pen and said thank you and walked on, very preoccupied with her task.....I called out and said, "Im okay by the way" still without any eye at all, said, "good".....I work for Banana Republic, and THAT was horrible! No check in with me, no incident report will be filed, she is going to get that location in real trouble if this is her mode of operation. Bad news!

1 /5 Magswell Ratkinson: Employees were not helpful and rude. I have a 3 year old with autism and the workers were giggling at him and scoffing. Immaturity in 30 year old women and the 50 year old manager is unacceptable. No customer service whatsoever. I suggest they hire people with better attitudes and demeanors.
