4 /5 Fernanda Perez: PacSun has always had its up’s and down’s as far as customer service goes. I often frequent the location at Westfield North County and the staff is just horrendous.
Staff consists of teenagers, who feel superior to the customers, when the customers are the ones who allow for them to obtain their checks. You are all welcome!
Nevertheless, on my visit this weekend (11.26.22), a store associate by the name of Collins provided exceptional service. From the moment my family and I walked in, Mr. Collins treated us all with a smile and welcomed us in.
When we asked for help, he did all he could to help and upon leaving he made sure he sent us off with yet another smile.
I had never experienced such service at a PacSun store.
4 stars because the rest of the staff at other locations need better training.
Huge shout out to Collins! Workers like this deserve all the praise and raise!
