5 /5 DDD Gaming and Fitness: This worker jackie helped me out the other day and oh my goodness the literal best worker i couldve asked for. She looks like she is focused and so pretty! Honestly i wish more workers were like her. She must be blessing to have work there.

1 /5 Monica Estevez: Horrible service with the manager “Izzy” no name tag on her or anything to even prove she worked there or was even a manager. I tried returning an item the same day and they said they didn’t do same day return, that it was on the policy. I told her to show me where in the policy it said that and she couldn’t even find it in black and white herself. Her next excuse was that her computer / system didn’t allow her do same day return. Is it the policy or the system? Regardless I caught her in a lie and after that nothing is really credible. Love the clothes at Pacsun. The service could have just been better.

1 /5 Deanna Velardw: WORST service ever! I went into the store the other day and the manager Monica was so rude towards customers when checking out. She would talk and make jokes with the other associates before providing for customers!

1 /5 Cassie Schatz: Almost every PacSun I’ve been in they’ve been really helpful except this one they’re extremely rude and I don’t appreciate how unwelcoming they are. They provide no customer service whatsoever and they can’t even do their easy job without being rude. It’s one of the easiest jobs you can have but yet they’re still rude and make the whole place feel really uncomfortable and I don’t recommend going here if you want negative energy in your life. they can’t even ask a simple question like “oh how are you today?” Or “have a nice day”. if you are there management reading this, I highly suggest you get your employees to make a huge change in how they treat customers.

4 /5 Fernanda Perez: PacSun has always had its up’s and down’s as far as customer service goes. I often frequent the location at Westfield North County and the staff is just horrendous. Staff consists of teenagers, who feel superior to the customers, when the customers are the ones who allow for them to obtain their checks. You are all welcome! Nevertheless, on my visit this weekend (11.26.22), a store associate by the name of Collins provided exceptional service. From the moment my family and I walked in, Mr. Collins treated us all with a smile and welcomed us in. When we asked for help, he did all he could to help and upon leaving he made sure he sent us off with yet another smile. I had never experienced such service at a PacSun store. 4 stars because the rest of the staff at other locations need better training. Huge shout out to Collins! Workers like this deserve all the praise and raise!
