PacSun - (Near Santa Barbara, CA)

2 /5 Sand and Sun: Lots of stuff to chose from. Associates are nowhere to be found. Couldnt find help and only 1 at the cashier with a long line. Oh ya and since we were paying cash we had to wait longer for another line?? They really need to get this place together. They need to remind their employees to be kind to paying customers!!

1 /5 Liz Schremp: The store was extremely messy, there were a total of 6 associates working and all of them were either chatting and just standing or messing around. Had to climb under the dressing room door just to try stuff on. When I brought it up to the cashier he was very polite but mentioned that they only had two dressing rooms open (not sure how that’s relevant to the lack of work ethic from the employees). The girl behind him however rolled her eyes at me. I have never really been a fan of pacsun but this experience has definitely supported my dislike of this store.

5 /5 Lili Moodra: I went here recently with two of my friends. After being in the store for maybe 5 minutes, a male employee came over to us, took our clothes, and literally yelled at us for being disrespectful. We have been walking around the store, picking up a couple things, not being loud or rude at all. He then called someone and in front of us was talking about us as if to “report” us. We were so confused and ended up just leaving, which was disappointing because we were all planning to buy things. I’m not surprised all the other reviews are saying the same thing

5 /5 sawyer asaro: I went to this store a last week and after being in the store for less than 5 minutes an employee approached me and yelled at me for how rude I was being. He went on and on how rude me and friends are for picking up clothes and putting them back in the wrong place. After that he picked up the phone and was talking very loudly about how rude my friends and I were being. We were all excited to purchase clothes, but due to the hostility shown towards us we decided to leave.This ruined our shopping trip! Jk now that jack works at pacsun Im sure the shopping experience is great!

1 /5 Bob Duncan: So I went back to school shopping and I thought I would be able to find some clothes at Pacsun but I walked out with nothing. The employees where sitting on the check out counter on their phones the whole time. When I went to the back to look at the sale items the clothes were all over the ground and thrown in buckets that the customers had to dig through. When you needed to try something on you would have to just stand in the back and wait for somebody to come but of course no one is paying attention to the customers because they were just all on their phones. I have been at this location many times I have never received good customer service and I’ve never seen the store clean lol. Every time I go into the store I feel unwelcome and judged by the employees. The management really needs to get on the employees about the stores appearance and customer service.
