5 /5 Kelly Zielenski: I went yesterday to shop for my daughters birthday,15, armed with her wish list. A few items were from Pac Sun. Hannah F. helped me and I am so grateful! Such a sweet girl! She looked at my list and grabbed my items,even exchanged sizes. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Thank you Hannah F! You do your job well!!

1 /5 Justin Fauth: As somebody who use to work at this location a few years ago I’ve gotta say, wow. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. When I worked there we were to greet every guest within 30 seconds of them entering the store. I’m not asking the staff to be my best friend but acknowledging a guest in the store should be top priority. I’ve only been in probably 3 times this year and I’ve never been acknowledged by any staff even once. I was in a few days ago and two of the staff members were watching a video on one of their phones. I’m sure sales are down with the lack of costumer service. But the staff doesn’t care if sales are down because they don’t get commission off their sales and it shows.

5 /5 S O: Great store. Lots of cute clothes. Good prices. Mens and womens clothing. Clean. Very friendly associates. I came in to return something. The gentleman was very nice, friendly, and respectful. The process was very quick and easy. The store looked like it had a lot of new clothing. The store was very clean.

We love it that we came back the next day. At opening hours. To get my sister and brother some awesome pants. Thank you hope pacsun. Pay you enough ..... you are always their... But without this happy experience(its was you). I never would have gone back. And i Thank you for that. ..

4 /5 Trent: Very clean and nice, however not really my style and in my opinion, overpriced. If moth eaten paint splattered worn ripped burned clothing is your thing, than this is the place for you. I will admit however, that they in fact do have some really nice clothes, but the majority I feel as if simply painting in a normal pair of pants will give the look that theyre charging 50$ for. Again my opinion, I have friends who can pull off the look and look nice in Pac-sun clothes, however, I dont think I can pull it off.
