However, when I picked up a pair of jeans, an employee immediately told me that she would handle the item and that I shouldn’t touch.I understand she didn’t want to refold anything. Shortly after, she told me “If you want to try on anything, we close in 5 minutes, so you’d better HUFF it.” This tone was rude and unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome rather than valued as potential customers.
We had planned to return today and spend a significant amount, but after this interaction, we reconsidered. I wanted to share this feedback because I believe customer service plays a key role in a boutique’s reputation, and this experience left a negative impression. I hope this can be addressed to ensure future customers feel more welcomed.
