Just had the most amazing customer service experience of my life. I have had a Patagonia Nano Puff jacket for around 7 years and it finally started to wear out with it feeling less warm & started to get tears on one of the sleeves so I took the trip to the Pasadena store with my wife (We live 2 hours away from the closest store) & John swapped my jacket out for a new one no questions asked. I got the hooded version this time around & just paid the small difference. This is the reason why I will continue spending my money at Patagonia and their gear is top quality stuff!!! Excited to wear my new jacket for the next decade. Thank you once again!
