Patagonia - (Near Pasadena, CA)

5 /5 Luis Contreras: Thank you John!!!! Just had the most amazing customer service experience of my life. I have had a Patagonia Nano Puff jacket for around 7 years and it finally started to wear out with it feeling less warm & started to get tears on one of the sleeves so I took the trip to the Pasadena store with my wife (We live 2 hours away from the closest store) & John swapped my jacket out for a new one no questions asked. I got the hooded version this time around & just paid the small difference. This is the reason why I will continue spending my money at Patagonia and their gear is top quality stuff!!! Excited to wear my new jacket for the next decade. Thank you once again!

2 /5 American Flight: I don’t know what it is about this location, but I’ve never had an experience where an employee has been nice to me or smiled lol. The interior of the store is pretty nice though, so that’s something.

2 /5 Bill Murray: I love Patagonia, but this particular location is not it. I’ve stopped in at least a dozen times and every. single. time. the employees have been extremely unhelpful and even downright rude.

5 /5 Leah Dilbeck: Great selection & staff! Its hard to judge colors on a screen - being able to walk in & see all the products in person was great! The location is ideal for a day strolling & shopping.
