5 /5 Patrick Parkhill: I called to inquire about a limited edition item that was out of stock online. It was the third location that I called and neither of the other locations had them. When I called, I spoke with Jenna. She was warm, friendly, and eager to help. She informed me they didn’t have it in stock either. She asked me to wait a bit to see if she could do some digging and when she came back on the phone, she let me know she had found one in Minnesota. She called their store, put it on hold for me, rang me up over the phone and got it shipped to me. It was the last one in their system. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life all thanks to Jenna. She could have left it at “Sorry, we are out of stock.” But she went above and beyond. Get her a raise stat.

5 /5 Aaron Carpenter: We really had a great experience here thanks to Marissa! My Wife and I wandered in while waiting to be seated at a nearby restaurant and when we saw some of the prices we were amazed! We both love the brand, but it’s usually so pricey. Marissa was extremely pleasant and very attentive while we spent time shopping. We had to put the items on hold while we ate. When we returned Marissa was again very helpful and in a great mood. We excitedly found several items for both of us. Once I got back to our hotel I tried on some items and realized I needed to return to the store and exchange the items. Thankfully Marissa was walking in just was we were and she greeted us with a big smile and “Welcome back” Marissa made the exchange so easy and we even found several more items(again) that we just love. Throughout our time in the store Marissas assistance and input really added a lot of fun and excitement to our experience. While another nearby employee stood quietly, seemingly avoiding interacting with customers we were happy to have Marissa and her wonderful personality helping us(and others). We will definitely be back on our next visit from San Diego. Marissa, Thank You for making our Pendleton Experience so Memorable and Awesome!

5 /5 Cody Langley: Have always had great experiences shopping here anytime the wife and I are in Monterey. The quality of materials is unmatched. Good customer service is something that would seem to be a thing of the past nowadays. However these folks go above and beyond to give you the best experience. Highly recommend if youre looking for great service and products that will last you a long time.

5 /5 Grace Marquez: The employee that helped me pick up my online order was very friendly and professional. Seemed like she really enjoys or tries to do a job well done. I was definitely welcomed with enthusiasm, of course I was all donned in my Pendleton wear haha. Looks like they have a nice selection of all clothing and wares. Sometimes it seems like they have extra sales on top of what is outlet prices. Quality clothes youre still gonna pay of course
