Evan The staff here is very friendly. The store has a beautiful old/new feel to it. The blue jeans recycle program is really cool. Bring in any brand of your old jeans blue or black and theyll give you $20 off a new pair of jeans. The old jeans get recycled into environmentally friendly house insulation. There isnt free parking and the street is usually crowed but its a college town so you expect that. All and all a great experience in the store.

N S LOVEEEE LOVEEE LOVEEE this shop!!!! Ive followed the owner around from every location shes sold at before opening her own shop. Its been 6 years, and Im still completely 110% satisfied with the quality and love she puts into all her beautiful bows. I always get so many compliments on my daughters bows everywhere we go. They last so long and are easy to clean if necessary. I have another little one on the way and plan on building her bow collection from ONLY Sugar and Spice!

Victoria Treiber I absolutely love this store! It’s woman-owned (go ladies! go ladies! Woot!), and the staff could not be sweeter or more helpful! Every time I go in, I find something amazing — the selection (clothes, accessories, home goods etc.) is always INCREDIBLE and unique! And the prices are SO good, I feel like I’m getting a deal every time. It’s become my absolute favorite place to shop, and I always leave with a smile (and usually a bag/car trunk full of treasures!). Ana Smith Discovered this place in college while looking for a vest my boyfriend needed for a Halloween costume and ended up buying something for myself instead. Since then this place has completely defined my fashion sense and I absolutely love stopping in.

Cat Chez I was beyond impressed when I visited the Pasadena AMT Vintage. I was visiting from NY area, where I have frequented their other store in Jersey City. Both stores are AMAZING! When I went to the Pasadena store I felt like I was at an old Hollywood set, pillaging through the costume racks. I could have been there all day, I was in awe of the gorgeous, stunning finds. To pick just one would deem impossible, especially since I would be heading back east in the next few days. I did opt for one gorgeous piece and had to pick a dazzling piece of jewelry to accompany my outfit. After all Im a dj and Im all about the bling. The good news, I am going back in a few months and I am giving myself more time and plan on coming with a light suitcase so I can fill it with more of AMT Vintage treasures. I do plan on getting some of their casual clothes along with some fancier outfits. My only regret, I wish this store was around when I went to the Emmy Awards and all the Rock n Roll Hall of Fames I went to with my musician husband. If you go there ONLY to window shop, youll enjoy looking through the gorgeous vintage. Congratulations on your second store, I have an excuse to come to LA more often now. Meika, I will be letting you know the dates Ill be there, because I want you to style me like the old days in Jersey City. Congrats on 2 amazing locations.

Heather Tippit We’ve been stopping in at Hangtown Originals on Main Street for over a decade, and it’s one of our go-to spot for gifts. My husband has picked out beautiful jewelry for me, my sister, and our moms over the years, and the quality has truly stood the test of time – everything still looks as stunning as the day we got it! The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, always taking the time to chat and making our two younger daughters feel special every time we visit. It’s a wonderful local gem that we’re grateful to have in our community!
