Katy Chang This had to be the worst shopping experience. The Chinese-speaking sales woman made me feel so uncomfortable. From the beginning , I was not greeted with the usual “Hi, Welcome”. This sales woman stood a few feet away and made unwanted, unsolicited comments about my outfit in Chinese. It felt really strange as I barely walked in. I was traveling and had never visited this store before . Why was she assuming that I wanted to be spoken to in Chinese? I did not, actually. She followed me around and without any prompting, she said, in Chinese again, “Everything here is full price”. After that condescending and unprofessional comment, I couldn’t get myself out of there fast enough. I was looking to shop and try on a few things but the vibe was just unpleasant.

Ewok Carswell These folks are salt of the earth. They are always super friendly and helpful. It is my go to store in Quincy now when I am in town. Roge is always smiling. I stopped in the other night to buy a few things. Their credit card machine was down. He told me to go ahead and take my items and pay him tomorrow. That is guest service at its best. They almost make you feel like you are part of the family.

Duane Duncan Service that is both rapid and expert is really remarkable. Three locks on my commercial building were changed by the technician the very same day. Thank you!!
