Shondra J This location offered a wide variety of items, including clothing for all ages, shoes, household goods, and more. We visited on Black Friday, so the store was understandably a bit in disarray from the busy shopping rush, but it didn’t stop us from finding some great deals. Despite the crowds, we were able to pick up several “must-buy” items to take home. Overall, it was a worthwhile stop, even on such a hectic shopping day.

Julia Tran The clothes in this location were really great, a breath of fresh air compared to clothes back in the Bay. I wanted to buy more clothes from this location so I searched them up and I was honestly surprised at the low reviews; however, upon further inspection it all had to do with complaints about normal retail protocal. Every coworker gossips amongst each other no matter the industry, just because an employee doesn’t greet you doesn’t mean they’re rude, and return policies aren’t the fault of the location. Having worked in both retail and food service, the employees here were so friendly and I loved conversing with them when I was checking out for my final sale.

Elizabeth Johnson Staff friendly knowledgeable and helpful with sizes. They do customer service right! They go out of their way and are cool folks in general. When the register rang up accidentally the wrong price, it was quickly righted, she even graciously mailed it because the store was closing in order not to cause me another trip - excellent team in San Jose! Thank you! They made it all a pleasant experience, which makes you come back. (Not true about a certain staffer at Palo Alto. Steer clear of that store.) Fake!
