1 /5 Cecilia A: I had a really uncomfortable experience at this store recently, specifically with an employee named Judy.
While we were browsing, she kept lingering very close to us in a way that felt unnecessary and awkward. At one point, she placed clothes on a rack right where we were standing and then just stood there watching while I looked through the items. I even asked if I was in her way or if she needed something, and she said no but then immediately grabbed the clothes she had just put down and walked away.
Later, she was talking with another employee near us, and after that person left, she remained standing there staring at us again. When we went to the register to pay, she continued to just look at us until she finally asked if we were ready to check out, even though we were clearly standing at the counter.
The whole interaction felt strange and unwelcoming. I don’t know what the issue was, but the hovering and staring created an uncomfortable shopping environment. I hope management provides better customer service training so all customers feel comfortable and respected while shopping.
