They helped me decide on what to keep and even suggestions on how to style the items I chose. They are there for the customer, not for the sale. Not to mention the amazing items! Everything is in good condition, unique and stylish! Great brands, great prices, great options!

1 /5 The Kensingers: I recently visited Ritzy Rags in Temecula. I found several items that I truly liked. I was asked if I wanted to try on the garments and I told them that I just came from a radiation treatment, was sweaty, and wasn’t wearing a bra. At this time thy should have told me that they do not accept returns or exchanges. They did not and I purchased the items. Once home and showered I tried on the clothes and found that two of them did not work for me. I went back the following Tuesday and informed of their policy and pointed to a sign behind the employee (I didn’t see it as it was blocked by her body). The employees told me that there were several signs around the store; none of which I saw. I won’t be going back but if you do, don’t concern yourself with being courteous, try on the items. Even if you are not feeling as clean as you should.
