1 /5 Brandon Smith: My wife has bought a few items from Nordstrom’s in the past, but recently we purchased an item from the store that was on sale and immediately realized after we hit submit that it was a final sale with no returns. Worried that she couldn’t return the item, we emailed them immediately and asked them to return it rather than ship it. We also realized we could buy it from Nordstrom’s for nearly $100 less, try it on, and return it. The company responded by giving us a $77 gift card, stating they would not return the item—just a super disappointing experience. Buyer beware.
