Ross Dress for Less - Shop CA (Near Tustin)

Erfan Karimian I recently visited the Ross Dress for Less store in San Rafael and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. While shopping, I attempted to use my Trolley (shopping cart) to carry my items to the car, but was stopped by security and told that I wasnt allowed to do so. When I asked why, they simply stated that it was against store policy and that I needed to carry my items instead. What made things worse was that no one had informed me of this policy beforehand, and I had already loaded my Trolley with items. It was a huge inconvenience to have to unload everything and carry it all to the car myself. The lack of clear communication and inflexibility from the security team really sucked. I hope the store reconsiders their policy and improves their customer service. Until then, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

J Vg My daughter and I came here late. We didnt have any problems here at all. They had plenty of clothes to choose from. The people were nice. I would definitely come back here.
