1 /5 Hassan Halaoui: DO NOT purchase anything from this Ross location! Awful return policies. I purchased the wrong perfume but had my receipt and the tag. They refused to take it back or provide store credit. I purchased a pair of shorts that had A HUGE HOLE in one of the pockets and they wouldn’t take it back with my receipt. Never had a store do this! In addition, the cashier had zero customer service skills! My thoughts are definitely going to corporate. I’ve managed call centers for years & this team failed miserably.

1 /5 Jovana Hinojosa: I would give zero stars if possible ! They have horrible customer service , I did a return and the lady processed it wrong I wanted it back to my visa she gave me store credit ! They judge a lot, I came here multiple times and every time I come here I always get followed around my a person working there ! They think I am going to shoplift or something. ! This is so annoying not everyone steels , they should change that because it makes the experience uncomfortable.

1 /5 Stephanie Reynoso: ZERO STARS Horrible customer service. This store clearly doesn’t understand the concept of “don’t judge a book by its cover.” My brother went in to shop after work last night, and an employee falsely told security that he was stealing. Security then began yelling at him in front of the entire store, repeatedly accusing him and demanding that he lift his sweater to prove he wasn’t stealing anything. My brother calmly explained that he was there to shop (he needed shoes and a belt) and asked them to check the cameras and verify the truth. After reviewing, security confirmed that he had not stolen anything. The response? A casual “oh, sorry man” — after screaming across the store and completely embarrassing him over something he did not do. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. We will never be returning, and we will be filing a formal complaint with higher management.

4 /5 Elizabeth Rodriguez: I finally got the opportunity to go shopping at the new store that opened up down the street. This store does have a lot of good bargains. I was talking to this guy in line and found a pair of $300 dollar boots for $99 dollars and I thought that was a great. The lines are a bit long but it is definitely worth the wait if youre looking to save some money on expensive brands. We were able to find a cute outfit and backpack for the first day of school.

3 /5 David Sandate: The guy at the front door is terribly loud. Im sure co workers are embarrassed by him. Not a nice welcomed greeting.
