1 /5 Chandra GypsieTrav: Im truly not sure how this place has over 3 stars. I have not ONCE been in here and the lines arent to the clothing. One time, no lie it was past the dressing rooms which are at the rear of the store.
There is clearly a staffing issue. I dont know if its management, the pay or the hours, or maybe a combination of all 3. This store is completely trashed. Everywhere you go there are clothing items, garbage and just chaos. Alarms in the shoe area are just ignored by security standing at the front on their phones.
I love Ross, but this location, it just appears there is no pride. Ive worked retail, its a very hard job. Lots of standing, customers cam be rude and messy, but the way the store looks is a direct reflection on how the staff feel.
Now I will say NONE of the staff were rude, my post isnt about customer service, its about the upkeep and overall respect of the property.
