This is a family type of store with clothing for adults and children, jewelry, household furniture and accessories, holiday decor, toys, and a variety of snacks. It lives up to its slogan dress for less and in many other things.

Shahbaz Salehi Great store, many items that you typically find in TJ Maxx. It’s a busy location but credit when credit is due, they have fast cashiers and move the line really fast. Kudos. These were the fastest cashiers I have seen in TJ Maxx.

I’ve been to a bunch of other locations, and usually the fitting rooms are like bathroom stalls, with the walls not going all the way to the floor, but I really like that this one had walls that went all the way to the floor. It made me feel a lot more comfortable changing in there, thank you!

Michael W. The TJ Maxx in South Lake Tahoe is one of the most organized discount stores, even when it is super busy during the holiday long weekend. I was there on Labor Day weekend. However, when Im there a little after 11:00 a.m., the store already has many people in it, instead of a mass like most of the discount stores. Theyre well organized, and the merchandise is well displayed. I like my shopping experience at TJ Maxx in South Lake Tahoe.
