Gifting items from tchotchke to inexpensive electronics. Some luggage, food products and cleaning chemicals. Always a security associate at the door. Staff always friendly. Fitting room available. Strict return policy. Few shopping carts. Store is mostly neat, but varies from visit to visit. I see improvements over the past few years. Stock is changing with every delivery, so if you see something that you like, you should buy it. It may not be there tomorrow!

Todd Talbot I was driving home to Southern California and realized I needed to grab an over the counter medication I require regularly. In a hurry and with over 8 hours of driving ahead of me I jumped out of the car ran in….and right out using the self service check out. Getting back on the freeway I don’t see my phone in its usual spot on the passenger seat…at 65 I do have a few senior moments and thought, did I take it in the store??? At the next exit I pulled over and did a quick look in the car and then turned back towards Willows. In the store I frantically retraced my few steps and inquired both at the service desk and with the your lady who oversaw the self checkout area. Nothing. Back to my car in the parking lot for a frantic search. Again nothing One last walk into the store, I am sure the panic on my face said it all….so Samual approaches me and comes to the rescue. He immediately took his cell phone and asked me for my number. He dialed….”crickets “….no ring. He said “let’s go out to your car”….thank God for Samual. We get to my car, he redials and it seems in my fast exit off the freeway and quick turns into the parking lot my phone slid well under the passenger seat (yes probably going a little to fast, but Samual can vouch for me…I have a fun ride!) I have had the pleasure to serve WalMart as a vendor for over 30 years….how great to be a customer. Thank you Samual.

Brandi Price The best H&M Ive ever been in, and I live amongst hundreds of these stores. However, I would travel here just to shop for their womens clothing. The selection of dresses, trousers, and skirts were sophisticated in style, but with a Paris flare. Perfect clothes for going on a yatch party or nice dinner date, or night out on the town. My daughter also found a Korn graphic t-shirt here that was a perfect ending to us visiting the famous local attraction Korn Row. Very nice big store, well laid out, with good music to shop too. I think we stayed longer just singing and dancing around. The staff was courteous and had the checkout fully staff for a speedy experience. Thank you.

Andy You cant go wrong with shopping here. There is always something new to discover. Found a lot of great hair products here that normally cost $50. Veey organize and the employees are kind. Love it here

James Fagfoomsintu Went to pick up new outfits for the boys as the new school starts later this week. I didnt realize the amount of clothes we actually brought to the register. I began to think which clothing items I would need to leave behind. Eric was at the register and he was exceptionally kind, sincere and a mastermind. He suggested every possible way I can obtain discounts. I provided my information and before you know it, everyone item is brought to the register was bought. He was such a tremendous help.
