Shayla H I’ve been a customer of Heat Irvine for over two years and have always liked their products, but this recent experience has been really disappointing. I placed an order for graphic tees on September 26 and still haven’t received anything. The order never shipped, and I’ve only gotten one generic response after reaching out multiple times by email and phone. My boyfriend placed an order around the same time and is dealing with the exact same issue — no shipment and no communication. It’s frustrating to see this happen after years of being a loyal customer.

They host little pop-up events at the shop, including hosting indie designers from abroad. Check their IG page to learn about these events. Definitely worth a visit. Located in an area in Oakland great for walking as well.
