Their suits have been my default work clothes. The company has been providing beautiful design, quality products, and excellent services. When the physical store was closed during pandemic, they would make house calls and host online events showcasing the latest design. Both their local and corporate tailors are experts in alterations and repairs. Katherine is an experienced stylist based in the San Francisco, and the go to person for the ladies in my family. She is also a well known figure by stylists from other luxury stores. I often get great compliments from others when I am in a St. John outfit. If you are looking for classy and stylish design, you can’t go wrong with their clothes.

One of her cardigans had some buttons missing so my husband and I went to Britex but they were closed. On the way to the parking lot we passed by St. John’s and thought we would pop in and see what they can do. Considering it was from an older collection, I was not expecting much. Qais greeted us at the door and after asking about replacement buttons he took some information down and said he would follow up with the corporate office if they could accommodate. What was special about Qais’ service is that he did not know that it was my mom’s sweater and how important it was to me. After I explained, he was touched and within a week he was able to help me find alternative buttons. I now have a beautiful complete cardigan that I can wear in memory of her. I will also remember how gracious Qais was to help me and hopefully in the future I will be able to purchase my own collection from St. John’s. Thank you Qais!
