John My wife and I had a great experience today at Banana Republic. Im not a shopper, but my wife is!! She spotted the mustard color outfit through the stores window and we headed inside. Maria greeted us and as my wife collected clothes she set up a changing room. Maria helped her coordinate those mustard color clothes. Maria and my wife both have an outstanding sense of style. My wife was pleased to be able to ask for a smaller size, which Maria quickly found. We stumbled onto an amazing sale, which made me happy! Maria and Tony signed us up for a store credit card which really slashed the prices... yup, Im happy! It was quick and easy to do. I know she will be back at Banana Republic soon. It really was enjoyable!

Pam Parker I have to say this, tonight about 8:30 i called the Oaks store. I wish i got the girls name sadly i did not. You know there getting ready to close and all i never expected to get someone to run around the store for me but i did. I pick-up tomorrow there holding it for me...The Customer service was awesome

Paula Wiemann Quinn has been wonderful helping my husband and me pick out appropriate BR clothing for our age and stage! She is so patient and kind. Also, she had contacted us with recommendations which paid off for us. We highly recommend specifically asking for Quinn. :)

Johanna Reyes I went last week to return an item before I even walked in an employee gave an unwelcoming look. I walked in smiling unfortunately he was the one to help which is why I’m giving the 1 star. The other employee who was a girl was super friendly. Not sure what his name is he looked latino. I gave him the same energy back. So unprofessional!
