Supreme - (Near San Francisco, CA)

5 /5 Alzila: Was happy to hear they will open a Supreme store in San Francisco. My first time here was right before Covid, lines were out the door and they limit the capacity in store. The wait was worth it and I picked up a couple goodies that time. My most recent experience was when they had the collab with Nike. I waited in line for roughly 2 hours. Luckily when I got there the line was not too crazy, as it was getting closer to the opening time the line just got longer. The staff were well trained and friendly, as I finally entered the store I was approached by one of the staffs and he asked me what I wanted. Quick process and got exactly what I wanted since I was debating if I would have got the purchase on the app I would’ve skip the in person visit. Definitely a place to visit if you are into brands. I will definitely be back!

1 /5 Mila C: They don’t answer the phones & based on the fact that the phone only rings once, I doubt that it even rings to the store. I’ve called at all different times and days of the week. I had to drive all the way to the dirty TLs where there is no parking just to see if they have the socks in stock. Then when I get there, there is a line to get in. Just answer the phones or have a message that states you don’t answer the phones so people don’t waste their time calling.

2 /5 Yannick Z: I was here for the Jordan x Supreme Drop and had a slot for 12:30 - as I arrived the persons form the 12:00 wasn’t even in the store. The personal was very friendly, after I got into the store 1 hour later it was a great experience. BUT! The location of the store is the worst location of any supreme store I’ve ever been around the world. Everywhere are homeless people and drug addicts. If you take a left in front of the store, the streets are filled with those people, police everywhere, it’s really uncomfortable. As I was waiting in line for 1 hour, although I had a time slot, a man with an open Knife walked by, talking loudly that he wants to stab us all. You can’t park anywhere, but I wouldn’t want to park there anyway. It’s so sad! Even tho the wait times were very long (it was an anticipated drop), the store experience was great, but the location is definitely not acceptable if you’re in an upper price segment. I’m actually shocked.

5 /5 Luv2 Travel: Great service- not too long of lines to get in. Security guards are really pleasant! Selection of tees and AF1s and hoodies is nice! We bought a few tees, a couple of AF1s - visited a few times over the weekend. Team was great to help us find the right sizes! Reading other posts about the homeless outside- that’s anywhere in San Fran market street. They don’t bother you- just stand in the line and make your way inside the store.

The cats workin at the Manhattan and Brooklyn stores are always irritated and come off as being inconvenienced by you asking for an item (which are housed in the back so you cannot get the item unless one of them grab it for you) so it’s wild they’re actually at work but don’t wanna do the work. But SF store was mad chill ✌️
