Target - (Near Watsonville, CA)

1 /5 Cindy Furtado: Great selection of products, good prices. However my trip today was not fun because of the need for the carts to be serviced. First cart was bumpy ( this is the usual) and the second would not turn properly and would just stop. One of the wheels was bent, kinda of a safety hazard. By the time I left the check stand to the the door, my eggs had bumped out into a big pile in container and somehow didn’t break! Point, service your carts.

5 /5 Jess n Kev: We love this target. It stays well stocked and staff is polite and attentive to services. The security was also attentive but not to the point of making me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome as I have sometimes felt at other targets in places like emeryville.

1 /5 Amanda Johnson: Probably one of the worst Targets for mobile app pick ups. First several times they have missed items I have purchased. When you pull up they ask multiple cars at once what thier pick up order is so they can keep thier pick up times low but its false because you can still sit there 10 to 15 minutes afterwards. No other Target does it this way. The folks who come out are rude and look like they hate thier jobs. Lastly hold your breath if you add a Starbucks to your pick up order because it will either be wrong, only a partial of the order, or nothing at all asking them to go back and check on it waiting even longer. Again no other Target operates so poorly as this one.

1 /5 R Al: Did grocery curbside pick up, they didnt give me all of the items I bought due to "technical difficulties" and I received a box of teas that was opened and missing one packet. Mind you, these items are handpicked by staff working at this location. 0/5 Do not recommend. .

1 /5 Jess: They have a horrible gift card policy and would not even try to help me. I spoke with a manager supposably named Damian. He was rude and didnt even try to help. Horrible customer service
