5 /5 Ruby Sanchez: I stumbled upon this place whilst looking to sell some “nicer” clothes of mine. The store itself is nestled in a somewhat busy shopping center, but offers plenty of parking and walk ability. Its layout was open concept, inviting, and visibly displayed merchandise. As for the the selling process itself, I have mixed emotions. The kind young lady who accepted my items clearly outlined that the store only accepts newer fashion as well as name brands. No problem, as their website clearly defines this. Now; I took an alo coat, UGG flats, Hollister jeans/top, and a Von Dutch hat. Everything was pretty much brand new or only worn once. And although I was informed about the 30% rule, I’m a bit confused as to how that was decided? Upon receiving a message that my buy was complete, I returned and was only told the amount that I was to receive. The nice worker gave me $34 for my items. Concerned as to where the rest of my items were, I asked for my tote bag (that carried my items) back. She just pointed to a bench right by the entrance and said I could look for my items there. Shockingly, my tote was completely empty! I do think that I was lowballed as $34 did not reflect the original price of my items nor 30% of their new “store value”. Therefore, I don’t know if I would want to sell here again. The process itself was quick, easy to sign up, and the customer service was good. I just wish that they were a bit more transparent about the payback situation. With my items being so close to the door, of course I also wondered if someone could’ve easily taken them? I wish they kept a closer eye on people’s bags and held them behind the register or something. Regardless, the store was beautifully organized and offered lots of “trendy” pieces. I would definitely recommend this location if you are searching for eclectic modern pieces to add to your wardrobe for a slightly cheaper price than retail. I appreciate its sustainability and ambience for sure! However, if you are looking to sell perhaps you will have better luck with brands such as Brandy Melville, BAGGU, etc. Sorry for my lengthy post, but I do want to be thorough for anyone who would like to come here.

1 /5 Zoe Lunam: Me and my roommate brought in clothes to sell and due to not having any “name brands” they refused to buy from me, and even denied me when I offered to just give them the items. Meanwhile my roommate had brought in a $70 pair of pants that I believe were American Eagle in wonderful condition and walked away with $4. Their policy is ridiculous for a second hand store as they are constantly looking for “trendy” items. If anything it promotes people throwing their stuff away in the dumpster more often than anything which defeats the whole purpose. Not to mention all the items inside are overpriced to high heaven and back

1 /5 Jazz M: The shop and clothes is good, clean and ok. I took a bag of clothes and shoes to sell, they do tell you if you get cash for your items its 30%, however a pair of Dr Martens boots in really good condition, two pairs of brand new shoes in their boxes and with price tags, three nice bags with minimal to no wear, bought from me for $42. I took it because i needed to buy a few groceries for my kids, however i dont recommend this place unless your desperate for a quick $2. •You walk in with your bag of clothes and items • they take your phone number so you walk away when theyre going through and pullng out/ and putting away what they have picked to buy from you (dont walk away, that was my mistake) • when they call you back, they tell you basically we took this many things, they dont say what, (you have to go through your stuff or ask what they took) because at this point they dont even ask you if the price is fitting or not • finally the associate tells you how many items they took and what they are gonna pay you. For me they took 5/6 items (in really good condition to brand new) I walked out dissapointed with a whopping $40 from selling a lot of clothing worth 4 times more than. I dont recommend this place if you have good, name brand items and want to make a good profit, this is not the place.
