Debra Carlson Wood I went to the store as a walk in on Sunday March 2, 2025. I had just left a competitors store in Brentwood where I had had the WORST shopping experience of my life. ( and I had booked an appointment long in advance) . Here I was a walk in and was warmly greeted by Susan. I needed a gorgeous, well fitting suit for an important meeting and am from out of the country . I needed a high quality, well fitting suit quickly. ( several days, but still only days). Susan assessed my height, bone structure, skin tones, and weight rapidly. Filled a fitting room with possibilities and moved at top speeds to remove the not select items, bring different options, and gave HONEST opinions on fit, look, colors, etc. I walked out buying more than I had intended. By the end of the 1- 2 hours we worked together, I felt like I had a new friend and personal shopper. She had the clothes steamed for me so I didnt have to working about wrinkles for my meeting and finding an iron , etc. at my hotel. I cannot recommend her enough or sing her praises loud enough. I must say I have never had a bad Talbots experience ( shopped at them in Illinois, MN, CA) for years until I became an expat. Why I thought I could do better at "higher end, very trendy " much, much more expensive line is now beyond my comprehension.

PrimeTime_XL The staff members at this location are knowledgeable, helpful, and really friendly! They went out of their way to help me find the items I needed. Ive spent about $2500/$3000 in the past 2 months at the Plaza Bonita and Las Americas locations. I wish I wouldve spent it at the Chula Vista and Plaza Bonita locations instead! I had only been to the CV mall location twice, and yet the staff remembered me, and knew exactly how to help me! I was thoroughly impressed! I hope the Guess company appreciates the talented employees they have, because as a business owner myself, these are the type of employees ANY company would love to have! And if they had a background in my industry, Id hire the entire store staff away in a heartbeat!

Deborah Wilmoth The sales assistants were very personable and helpful with the return of an online order (wrong size). Also I found a pretty top and spring/summer sweater in place of what I had ordered online. So thank you very much; it was a very worthwhile trip to the local J. Jill store.

SuperBillybob53 Nice store. Eclectic styles. 60 style memorabilia attire. Albums and art. Enjoyed the visit. Granddaughter likes Anime clothes they stock. Purchased nice tee.

annemarie This store is extra big. Their clothes are soo cute!! And they are one of the only brands that fit really nice on my teenage looking body. Also, their staff is super nice. Love them.
