5 /5 Julia Tran: The clothes in this location were really great, a breath of fresh air compared to clothes back in the Bay. I wanted to buy more clothes from this location so I searched them up and I was honestly surprised at the low reviews; however, upon further inspection it all had to do with complaints about normal retail protocal. Every coworker gossips amongst each other no matter the industry, just because an employee doesn’t greet you doesn’t mean they’re rude, and return policies aren’t the fault of the location. Having worked in both retail and food service, the employees here were so friendly and I loved conversing with them when I was checking out for my final sale.

5 /5 evelina stumbraite: I’m not sure why they have so many bad reviews, but I always find some fantastic pieces for such great price! I have some items I’ve been wearing for multiple years. Well curated so inexpensive! Who cares about the staff, though they’re always super nice to me! Love this place!

5 /5 Jujuba Verde: This is my first time shopping in this location! I am so happy to have stumbled upon it! The customer service that I received from The store manager Nancy and the lovely sales associate Carolina.was very welcoming. The price points were very affordable, and the selection was outstanding! I will be coming here again.

5 /5 Diana Le: Really surprised that reviews here are low? The staff and customer service was otherworldly and anybody that left a bad review has probably never worked a day in customer service. There were super sweet girls working cashier/fitting rooms and conversed with my friends and I about the items we purchased and even made it personable by asking what we were doing down here (were from NorCal). Additionally, my friend wanted to return an item hours later and the manager was so understanding and instead offered store credit/an exchange. I wiiiishhh their website had a working domain that sells clothing, I miss the ambiance and connections I made in that store. Heres a super cute mannequin I took a picture of and a picture of a trunk full of a haul!
