Ethan Stone Amazing experience as always. I’ve been coming here for years, and they never disappoint. Edgar is extremely good at his job and had me fitted with a new suit and shirt in 10 minutes. Joe was great when I picked up my suit as well.

My card was actually declined and instead of being felt like an inconvenience I was continued to been made to feel welcome. Whether I am suppose to shop here or not I will due to the customer service alone.

DavidC EG Gap Factory Outlet in Napa has a lot of really good clothes that are very fashionable. The clothes are also discounted quite a bit so its worth going to if youre up in that area of Napa Sonoma.

I was able to get so many outfits for my child and save so much. He loved all his new clothes. Only disappointment I had was trying to find thing in my size. I only saw jrs, and plus sizes for women. They sell many things small section of house thing ya may need to shoes, clothes and some scrubs I seen. For all good deals to me.

Carmen T. Mendoza Eddie Bauer staff this evening were wonderful. I was searching for a specific pair of pants and they were very helpful in placing an order for me. The cashier for products in house was friendly, helpful, and courteous. I was very happy to see a store taking so many precautions to stop the spread of COVID-19. All of the surfaces were cleaned between customers and diligently. Running into a 60%+ sale was not so bad either. Bought a $400 down jacket for $120. Score!
