Mirna Ramos Terrible customer service, I went into this store recently looking for a dress for my daughters sweet 16 courts and what should have been an exciting and happy experience quickly turned into a very upsetting and disappointing one. The owner/manager lady was watching my girls and I like a hawk and made us very uncomfortable. Then accused us of ruining a dress that already had a broken zipper. Not to mention how cheap the dress material was, when trying on some of the dresses we noticed beads and other material falling off. This lady/manager not only accused us and tried to get money for it but proceeded to insult my daughter and her friends stating that my girls were Fat! I will absolutely never ever return to this horrible shop again and I will not and do not recomend this store to anybody. Horrible service.

Cesar Navarro I was recommended this place by a coworker who bought his suit for a wedding . Im very happy I took his recommendation. King was the one helping me was attentive and patient. He helped me find a suit that fitted me perfectly in the color and cut I was looking for. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. The tailoring was done same day. If you need a suit for any occasion this is the place to go.

Alana I love this place. All the stuff is great quality and it’s affordable pricing which is hard to find in Tahoe. I gotta give a shout out to Ryan! He was very kind and professional.

Michael Lee What happened to Pacsun? On the two previous occasions my family has shopped there, we’ve received the same level of customer service. Lazy reps never greet, ask if we are finding everything ok, or leave from behind the counter. The two were there, never even cracked a smile; they just sat on their phones and ignored us while we were waiting at the registers to be checked out. At one point, when the other one finally saw us waiting and started walking towards us, the first one pulled her away and handed her her phone to show her something. After being called old for complaining to my wife during the first visit at the end of last year, she completely agreed with me after witnessing it for herself. What is going on? Why is there no MOD to enforce simple rules? I cant see myself shopping here anymore.

Toni Malvesta This is by far the best selection of consignment clothes, shoes and bags in the county. I can always find something new without having to go too far from home. Jan is knowledgeable and welcoming. They carry luxury and everyday brands!
