5 /5 Nicole Mohit: I always feel taken care of when I come by, either consigning or purchasing. Zayne is wonderful to work with! The Brentwood location is cozy but full of premium items. I recommend coming into the store to purchase if you’re in the La area.

She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind with my wife and answered ALL her questions so thoroughly. We actually saw her twice, and both times she went out of her way to assist us and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She has such great vibes and made us feel very comfortable the entire time. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. Thank you, Amber! We’ll definitely be back!

4 /5 buzz cutter: the shop was cute and the experience was great selling stuff. the only thing is that the doorman, who has to open the door for you to enter and exit, is completely focused on his phone or whatever and not paying attention at all.

5 /5 LE: What an incredibly fun and welcoming experience we had at TRR Brentwood today! A friend and I decided to drive out there to see some items in real life, and we were SO GLAD WE DID! We got to work with Zayne and Jay and another fantastic woman whos name I forgot to ask. We had so much fun getting to experience the items in person and being able to ask these experts all sorts of questions without feeling any pressure to buy. We got to geek-out about our favorite designers and we also learned a ton from them. It was also lovely to get to see some really great vintage pieces that you would not get to see in person any place else. We bought more than we had planned to, but no regrets here- they just made our whole experience so fun that we cannot wait to go back. We are planning our next trip to visit them again soon!
