Manny walked us through the whole process and was super helpful in finding the perfect dress. I was completely impressed with Manny’s professionalism, customer service, attentiveness and patience for each girl. The prices are super reasonable and an endless supply of in-stock available dresses to try on. Manny offers a variety of high-end dress brands, it’s just amazing!! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. I cannot wait for the big day for both of our princesses. Thank you so much Manny for all your help and support. Couldn’t have asked for more.

He came to our home for my daughter’s quince dress fitting, which made it so much more comfortable and special. He brought the dresses we wanted plus a couple of extra options—one of those ended up being “The one”! Manny was so professional, kind, and gave great tips. My daughter felt beautiful and at ease the whole time. Highly recommend! Adding to my first review Manny was absolutely amazing throughout the entire quinceañera process. From the moment we bought the dress, he made the experience unforgettable. On the day of the quince, he went above and beyond—reminding me to breathe, not stress, and reassuring me that it was okay to be a few minutes behind. Manuel was amazing to work with and was super patient and knowledgeable in helping us select a quinceañera dress for my daughter’s party. He had a beautiful selection of dresses to choose from and we were able to have her try on several dresses in the comfort of our home. I was surprised to learn that he carried the exact same dresses and high-end brands that the other reputable dress vendors carried. Some of the boutiques we went to only allowed a short time-slot with only 2-3 dresses to try-on, so we constantly felt rushed. Manuel took the time to explain the details on every dress, color options and had great communication throughout the whole process. My daughter can be picky so I was so grateful to have Manuel walk us every step of the way during my daughters dress selection and even had amazing recommendations for other party services such as rentals, catering, etc. I cannot recommend The Ruby Orchid enough! 5 /5 Virginia C: Manny is amazing, he heard my daughter’s wants and tailored her fitting for her. He came to our house with a selection of dresses (based on her wants) and used his instinct to bring something a little bit different and it was the dress!!! Coming to my house to show them and he also brought crowns and a large mirror which made the experience that more magical! If you are looking for a business who is really all about the customer, The Ruby Orchid Boutique is the place!!! My daughter’s Quinceañera is going to be amazing because she loves her dress and she can’t wait to be seen in it and that’s what really matters! Thank you Manny!!!
