5 /5 Alison M C: Extremely friendly staff. I was chatting with Mike about the clothing and he was so helpful. I had been looking for slim fit cropped business slacks, which have gone out of fashion for Gen Z, but remain a universal classic IMHO. I was so pleased to find them here. They are not cheap, but the quality of the fabric is nice and they do look expensive if you see them on. I would definitely recommend checking in here for pants and the pretty blouses and elegant tops. Maybe catch a sale.

Noting the pull on pants on the website and prefering to shop where I can try on for fit, I phoned the Geary Street store to make sure it was open and got no answer. Just minutes later, Chelsey called me back, apologizing for missing the call and telling me that they were open. I went into the store, asked for Chelsey and told her I wanted to try the pull on pants in crepe, She was so gracious and helpful. The pants were not a good fit for me so I did not buy a pair, but I was treated so well and Chelsey was so helpful that I will go back when I need great style, fabrics, and craft in clothing. And I will ask for Chelsey.
