Molten Skulls Update 2023: Im revising my review once again and bringing it back up to five stars. The terrible customer service lady named Melissa no longer works there. I now had to deal with her at the middle school. Thats where the one star review is going now. 2022: this place now has terrible customer service and shakes their hands at people and yells at them and tells them to leave just because theyre wondering where theyre ace rewards points are! (Melissa) I would highly suggest not hiring this woman for a job that deals with people because she will ruin your business. This place has good home improvement products and good customer service too. I just bought a house close by and they have everything I need for it. I never have a problem finding anything because the staff is always standing by to help. They matched the house paint really well. I got some good quality tools here too and when I had a problem starting my new saw (user error) they had certified technicians close by to help. Im glad I purchased the saw here. I will definitely be back for more products in the near future.

Isabella Ignas I just had to come on here and share my experience in Maurice’s. This is THE BEST place for jeans and pants. I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years but I have never had customer service like I did today. Although I didn’t find anything in my size(I’m very picky, they had SO many options!), I felt so comfortable. The team here knows how to help you with trying on clothes, and even picking out sets you wouldn’t have tried on if you were shopping without help. The team is very sweet. I have a new sense of confidence after shopping here, and I’m excited to come back:,)

SGM So Ash from the Visalia California location gave me exceptional service went far beyond any expectations and accomplished amazing customer service answering every question and being very helpful thank you Ash and also another worker there Jack was Very pleasant and kind both of these workers were outstanding thank you 5 star service

They always go above and beyond to take care of me and my daughter every single time we visit. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care make shopping here such a great experience. They’re consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful, whether we’re finding the right fit or looking for something new. Ella W Im writing this review so that others know the women who work at the store in Carmel Mountain are amazing. I shopped there this morning and thought the store was busy for a Wednesday, and expected little help. I was shocked by the friendly service, and the ease in returning the items I bought online. Going by the Chicos online sizing chart, I bought sizes way too large. Judy, set me up in a fitting room, she was extremely attentive, and quite helpful in finding the right size and fit for me. I was astounded that she brought me a size and a half smaller in one style, and a one size down in another, and they fit perfectly. Im so happy. Thank you again Judy!
