5 /5 Sun Flwrr: Great customer service! I went to Tillys yesterday and everyone was super friendly. There was this petite Asian girl who was so kind and funny. She gave me clothing recommendations to try on in the dressing room. She is great at making you feel confident and a great stylist.

1 /5 Joaquin Serrata: absolute worst customer service i’ve ever experienced, i’ve been in multiple times no one ever greets you and the employees actively run away to avoid helping you. this mall is already awful but this location specifically is the worst.

1 /5 Jane doe: Worst experience genuinely walked in the store a young gentleman approached you can tell he was simply just trying to work than a small Asian girl and a blonde girl who were working today are straight looking at me pointing and staring in the absolute rudest way and laughing while looking at me which I thought I was mistake until after I even left the store the short Asian girl walked towards the entrance still staring and laughing at me so instead of causing an argument since that was not even disrespectful it was simply rude I chose to walk out I’ve never had a bad experience in this store until today just disappointed tbh.

5 /5 Susana Rodriguez: I am writing this review to say thank you Marissa who was extremely helpful and understanding of what I was trying to find., I went in, feeling really discouraged Because I had already gone into a couple other stores and didn’t have any luck finding jeans that fit me properly. Marissa took the time to take me around and show me different options and I was able to leave with something that made me feel really good about myself. Thank you for your kindness and understanding

1 /5 La Williams: I came from the Chicago area and this is the first time my family walks inside this store. We are clearly all black and if I said mixed with another race you would think nothing more because our skin color would naturally be considered black. Immediately upon walking in the store, the cashier walked around the til to follow behind me. As soon as I turned around the cashier quickly looked elsewhere and pretended to not follow me. The cashier assistant silently sent out another rep to follow behind me and my family and as a first time customer I was upset. Because I look around and other nationalities are not being followed. I understand people steal but the same initiative should be performed with ALL RACES, ALL CUSTOMERS! Dude this place was a 1 star for me. Respectfully not returning anymore and would not tell my friends or family about the likes of this place. Signing off
