1 /5 Daizy Cabrera: If I could give a 0 starts I would the manager is rude no help was in there looking for something specific and found it but when I got to the cashier they refused to sell it to me because it was a 2 piece wish I then went back to look for it myself because of all the mess in there and cloth being stepped on by customers.. the item i got was step on to and had a small hole in the shoulder but was willing to fix it. They had a client tht wish to purchase it there and then. Also this store is so disorganized

3 /5 Mar Merritt: 3 stars because the store is a little unorganized, there is no security and they let homeless people in. I know were all human and we could be on the same situation and whatever, but there was this guy talking to himself and saying something about having to kill someone, he smelled real bad and was trying on shoes. They had a lot of good deals and new arrivals, but yes, the store is a little trashy.

Young lady at the check out ( Janette ) was very helpful and kind when I asked if I could get a discount on a clothing that was dirty she proceed to ask her manager name Marcella and she said no when it was clearly very dirty . She was Also was very rude to her employee (Janette) she asked her if she didnt not know the policy to dirty items Janette said I do but he wanted me to ask you either way which I did . Manage needs to know how to speak to her employees infront customers all she was doing was ask something I asked her to ask her manager . Very rude and not professional what so ever I hope Janette is never treated that way all the time she was very sweet I felt so bad for her . wont be shopping there .

1 /5 Aundrea Henry: My friend that lives here and shop for me cause they get purses before my state does had a horrible experience and I don’t appreciate the fact an employee can put up merchandise for her personal friend hide them have them at the counter and skip ppl that’s already in line as well that’s against store policy and should be corrected the employee name is Annette and specifically it’s concerning the juicy couture purses And most of the time it’s resellers

1 /5 Symonne Prosise (Who is this): No stars! Terribly entitled workers in this store. A worker named Annette calls her friends when certain “viral” or trendy items come to the store so they can get them first. She hides them and tells her people exactly where they are in the store. She does this even when people are waiting at the door. It’s completely unfair.
