Torrid - Shop CA (Near Redding)

5 /5 JE ZY: Rarely write reviews but the staff in this store are absolutely fantastic. I live in Oregon but was driving through Redding and decided to drop in to Torrid located inside the mall there to look for some new additions to my tired wardrobe. Im normally a grab and go type girl but I was advised that trying on was super important with the variance in their sizes in each style. So, I decided to fully commit to the experience and started picking out items that caught my eye - Many of them! The staff immediately started a dressing room for me and kept taking the clothes from me to add to the collection in that room. When I was trying things on they regularly checked on me, traded out for other sizes as needed, gave opinions when I asked on how things looked, made style suggestions when I couldnt decide what would complete an outfit and were just all around so helpful and friendly! They placed an order from the website on a couple items they didnt have in store to be shipped to my home and even carried all the bags out to my car; way above and beyond what I expected. Cant say enough great things and lots of items on sale. I do agree that trying on is important as my sizes ranged from torrid 2 to 4 depending on the style. While this store is a good 2.5 hours from my house, Id 100% make this a regular stop when traveling through the area! Highly recommend!

4 /5 Matt C in Redding: I went shopping at torrid today! I never thought Id do that, needed to get my daughter some high fashion birthday gifts! I figured I might as well give it a try shes very plus-size everything I got her was 00! Problem is shes very tall so I hope she likes everything I got her because the staff there was very helpful and friendly and I couldnt stop buying things! The gal Sydney who helped me was very upbeat and friendly!

This location has been my favorite so far because they go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need help with weather it’s to find your style or help you find your size they can order it online if they don’t have it in stock with the size and color you want. They really do care about the customers and are very welcoming.
