1 /5 Gilbert Aguayo: We use to buy from this store all the time. I would purchase my Ben Davis pants here and drop 100 to 200 on clothes for my kids and I. Today, will be my last visit. I came in to look around. The owner did not look up, I actually had to greet them first. I went to look at a few jackets and tried one on but the dude selling was in a bad mood having to unlock the dressing room. I then thanked him and he didnt reply. We looked around the store with my son and the owners looked serious and watching us as if we were going to steal something. I looked for a belt to buy and the belt and buckle cost $15 with tax. We were leaving and they said nothing. Me and my son got the car and the belt buckle fell apart while my son looked at it. I was naturally upset. Went back in to show the owner he said "no returns nor exchange." I asked to exchange for a regular belt buckle but he ended up giving me the same belt buckle that fell apart , at that point they both said things to each other in their language while me and my son exited the store. Bad experience having to buy fake and faulty merchandise. Also bad service. Be warned.
