3 /5 Jane L: Price is cheap. But make sure you try them on and be aware of any holes or tears. When I told the guy at the front about a hole on a shirt, he started giving micro aggressions.
I asked the guy if they have caps with ‘Santa Barbara’, in the beginning. He said he’ll show them after I try out the clothes I chose. When there was no clothes I wanted to purchase cuz of a hole or n/a size, I asked him if he can show me the caps.
He blatantly asked “What size”. I said it doesn’t matter because the caps are adjustable. He said “I know. But we have small, medium, large.” When I said small, he took one off the rack without looking at the size and said “you can adjust the size”, which was exactly what I was talking about. I looked inside the cap and there was no size whatsoever.
While checking out, I asked him if he has any recommendation of visit in SB, he said “Google it.” I paid and while typing cell for the receipt, he just switched the screen and said “I’ll just get you the paper one”.
He was friendly in the beginning but that turned around pretty quick after I decided not to buy any clothes. I bought a cap as a souvenir, but wish the experience was better.
