Vuori - (Near Pasadena, CA)

5 /5 Jenny Garcia: Have been super loyal to Lululemon for decades, but my personal ethos no longer aligns with them. Walked into Vuori and was so happy! The quality of the clothing is incredible and stylish and SO comfortable, but what really won me over was the service. Jevoni was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! so kind, patient, and helpful. When one of the items I wanted wasn’t available in my size at this location, she went the extra mile by searching online and when no luck, other stores, coordinating with another location, and arranging to have it shipped directly to my home. That level of care and follow-through is rare and so appreciated. Shout out to her awesome hospitality and brand ambassador vibes! On top of that, after doing some research I learned that Vuori is committed to sustainability, which really matters to me. Saying goodbye to my old allegiance to Lululemon and hello to Vuori feels like a perfect fit. (Such a small touch, but they even have cupholders and the dressing rooms so I didn’t have to put my coffee on the floor or worry about spilling it.)

5 /5 Alizen: Im starting off this review by stating Im a lululemon purist and Id normally never find myself at a competitors store, but I received a gift card from work and I took it as the perfect opportunity to shop here. I came on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pleasantly quiet and not too busy. I mean, whos really shopping at 3PM, am I right? I wasnt greeted upon entry as there wasnt anyone by the door but the moment I asked for help I was immediately assisted. Goodness, I cant recall his name but he was a total sweetheart. Khalil? Khilal? Anyways, Im writing this review truly because he was so helpful. As a first time visitor, I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a couple options to choose from. There are quite a few options and since it wasnt busy I took my time and tried on a ton of mens and womens apparel before finally settling on the performance jogger. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. I think the only issue I had was that they didnt appear to have proper sizing for some of the colors that I wanted most. I think it should go without saying that there should at least be 1 of each size from XS to XL on the floor to minimize checking the inventory. Nonetheless, I had a pleasant experience and was even offered a discount for being a first time buyer. I wish I had known that earlier as I was going to shop around more but my parking validation was expiring so now I have a second reason to come visit again. (19/50--2025)

5 /5 Beau Sun: I had such an awesome experience in Vuori Pasadena store yesterday. The staff who helped me named Tati is such a sweetheart. She was so patient and helpful the whole time. I really appreciate her. I hope we have more nice people like Tati in this world.

5 /5 Larry Nelson: Great quality work out and daily men’s wear. Good selection of sizes and styles. The staff here are outstanding. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have had a Vuori zip up hoodie for about 5 years now, and it has become my go to outer wear year around.
