1 /5 Kristen Kim: Went to the opening that had been promoted by influencers on multiple platforms but they were condescending and did not interact with us at all. Slightly racist vibes, barely greeted us and did not provide any of the free drinks and appetizers. Clothes felt cheap and highly overpriced.

5 /5 Laura Barton: What a great store! Ive bought several of their gorgeous pieces, and I always get a million compliments when I wear them. Their clothes are flattering and impeccably made. I usually gravitate toward solids rather than prints, but their prints are so tasteful and beautiful that they might have converted me ;) On top of that, their stuff is sustainably made, so I feel good about shopping there. And on top of that, they have incredible customer service. I had an issue with my order (no fault of theirs) and their customer service team went above and beyond to make it right. This is why you shop small! I couldnt have asked for a better experience... thanks, Whimsy & Row!

2 /5 Ana T.: The first order I made from them, the stitching was coming apart. But I wanted to give them another shot, so I ordered a second time. On my second order, I had it insured because it was more pricey. I received it, but it didnt fit so I exchanged it. The exchange never got to me. It took me a while to get them to give me a refund. I guess they didnt see it was insured because it was an exchange. But, it did take me a few emails and evidence to prove my situation. I hope they improve because I dont see many environmental consciousness stores with these cute designs. But, I would have to pass. The quality does not match the price.

3 /5 Manuela Delnevo: EDIT: Im amending my review as they did end up getting back to me after seeing this review and fulfilling my request. --- Their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve been trying to return some clothes I bought online thinking I could get a full refund but am instead offered only store credit, which makes no sense and was not explicitly made clear when I made my purchase. I’ve written three emails and called and have gotten no response.
