1 /5 Quiryatte Levin: I am giving this location a one star not for the quality of items or anything in relation to what they sell. I love to buy clothing here. My issue is the staff!!! First of all my husband and I were mistreated by the supervisor. Then while I was trying on a dress I could hear her mistreating and employee telling her she wasn’t up to par with company standards and telling her she looked cheap and awful. She was absolutely nasty towards her. I couldn’t believe she told her off while customers were shopping. I ended up buying a dress, and the cashier didn’t say a single word to me. She just charged me and left to the back. For some high prices and supposed high end front the supervisor tries to keep this place doesn’t live up to it. Someone needs to come in and inspect this store.

1 /5 Angelita F: Very excited to finally be able to walk into this store, only to have my enthusiasm dashed by sales reps who did not greet me as I walked in, avoided looking at me and did not once acknowledge that I was in the store. I walked around close to where the reps where and when I went to ask a question about petite, the woman once again ignored me and was laughing and talking with someone in the dressing room. It eas sad and disappointing. I was looking forward to buying some clothes here for the upcoming school year bit that is not going to happen. I think I will be better served going somewhere else.

1 /5 Delores Ruiz: I went in 2 days in a row and the staff is pretty rude. No one greeted me when I walked in and they made me feel like I didn’t even deserve to be in the store. So many beautiful clothing but I didn’t even want to look around the way they treated me. Guess I’ll be looking online instead of in person.

4 /5 Lisa Sims-Peoples: This would have been 5 stars based on Fig Garden location. Im bummed that the Fig Garden location is closed. The reason I go is so they can help me chose what works for my body type. The River Park location is not my favorite and staff is not so friendly & helpful. I will spend money when you get the service since thats part of why i even shop there. Wish me luck, Im going to try the Riverpark Store.
