1 /5 Michael Lina: My wife had purchased a pair of sandals/shoes a couple of days ago for a wedding we were attending, as we were walking from the car to the wedding place the strap broke. Fast forward to today, my wife tried to return the item with the snapped strap and was denied by some incompetent employees of the store. Now, granted that the receipt may have fallen off of the bag and needless to say we didn’t have the receipt, the employees could have tried to resolve the issue by being emphatic to the fact that the product they sold was defective and not of quality standard. Instead, the girl helping her at the counter said that they will only give my wife an hour to find the receipt but even then they don’t know if they would accept the return because the item is damaged. I don’t know about your company policy but anyone with half a brain would realize that what the employee said doesn’t make sense. It takes a lot for me post a review about a business but this Windsor at the Promenade Mall in Temecula takes the cake! This is not about the money it’s about the competency and common sense of your employees. This location doesn’t even deserve a damn star!

5 /5 Mande Nolan: I had the best experience with Lo this evening shopping for clothes for my vacation. She was an absolute doll to work with and gave me great advice and confidence in what I was buying. She was training another employee and hustling around with such grace and attentiveness to all of her customers. She is a star for sure.

1 /5 Martha Tatum: I took my two daughters to try on prom dresses tonight around 8:30 pm, and as soon as we walked in a woman who said her name was “Celine or Ciel “ continued to follow us around the store the whole time and told us multiple times rudely how the store was closing in 20 minutes. There were many people inside already and some just coming in and she didn’t say anything to them, just us. As my daughter went to try on a dress, my other daughter went in to help zip up the back, and I was right next to the fitting room looking at more dresses, this worker has a serious attitude telling my daughters that they can’t be in there together and they can only have one dress at a time. The fitting rooms next to us had multiple people inside together and they were taking 3-4 dresses in at a time and she didn’t tell them anything. I asked her why couldn’t she help her zip up the back of her dress when the other groups of people are stuffed in a fitting room helping their daughter with multiple dresses and she looks at me and rolls her eyes and walked away. I told my daughter to put their dresses back and we are going to leave. As I was leaving I approached the checkout counter and asked her for her name which she whispered and wouldn’t repeat. I told her she was wrong for how she treated us and singled us out. She was very unprofessional and said “yeah, whatever “ and I told her that’s no way to treat anyone, especially paying customers and she mocked me. I work in retail and this is no way to talk or treat a customer. This is a big reflection of this store and the people they chose to hire. I never experienced such discrimination and disrespect until tonight. The assistant manager had followed us outside and apologized for the actions of her worker and said she would follow up with management the following day, and I really hope she does. It’s not okay to profile anyone or discriminate. People who are raised right already know to not do that. You also learn about this when they have orientation for a job, so there is no excuse. I will never shop there again and I really hope they take this seriously and make better choices in who they hire.
