4 /5 Robert Freeze: I love this place. However I recently found out you are going to stop being able to get line passes. I live 45 mins away. I dont want to get there an hour earlier just to get in line. Another thing. I know its a marketing tool hunting for items and finding a great buy. Kinda like gambling. The bins are just too full and makes it difficult to get to the bottom. And I give up. I think your loosing sales because the customers cant see all the product. Maybe only fill them half full. What happens now as soon as the staff see a bin down, they quickly fill it to the top. I hope you change your policy regarding line passes. If not; that will help me with my hoarding addiction. Ppl see my garage and ask me, why do you have all this stuff. Ill pick something up and respond with "for a buck, you cant go wrong". Im already thinking about the withdrawals I will be going through. On the positive side, I wont have to deal with Advent xmas calenders topping the bins into may-june. Ill shoot my eye out if I see one more advent calander.

3 /5 Taralina Clayton: Im addicted to this place ...very fun.but your house will be full of junk ... unfortunately they over counts over charges . Its very Difficult counts yourself .different Shape and size.. since you buy so many .Im too tired and overwhelmed when checking out ,,,,, .store stuff traumatized me yelling dont opened box ! ,its already opened . some times very rude scary .

3 /5 noell: I appreciate your consideration and your openness to feedback. 09/07/25- In reply to the owner’s response: I believe you may have me confused with someone else. The staff has not had to ask me directly to stop shopping so they could leave. I usually visit about once a week on Saturdays, typically around 10:30 AM, because I work during the week. The only time I came in later this week, I purchased and left before others. I have not been the one attempting late entries or causing stress for your staff. On Saturday, I didn’t give staff a hard time, nor was I the person who asked “why” the store was closing early — that was someone else, and the staff explained it openly. I simply left quietly. My frustration wasn’t with your employees — they’ve always been kind and hardworking. It was with the lack of communication about the early closure. Customers plan their day and time to shop based on the hours you post. A quick Facebook update or a sign at the door could have prevented the disappointment and made things easier on your staff (so they wouldn’t be the ones stuck delivering the news). I respect the challenges of running a small business and noted that your staff give more than 100% every day. What I didn’t expect was to be labeled as a “troublemaker” and told not to return, instead of having my concern addressed. Feedback doesn’t need to be met with hostility; it can be an opportunity to improve. Original comment 09/05/25: Went in today by 12:30 because on Saturdays its posted on Facebook (and on their door) that last person in at 12:30, for a 2PM close... This is my 2nd time in this week, where they announce that they "have to close early". On Thursday, their reason to close early was because they had a lot more to clean/straighten up. Today it was because they had a lot to do and they were one person short staffed and theyd been their since 8AM. The staff person that was out today had been (for weeks now) saying how they were taking this weekend off, so they knew this person would be out. I dont know, but in my work history, when you have a planned out, you get staff to take their place so you can stay open and manage your work. How frustrating it is to plan your day only to get told to get in line right as you walk in the door. The staff is nice, but this business model of not having regard for keeping their posted hours is ridiculous. They couldve posted on Facebook that today theyd be closing early. They couldve posted signs at their store that theyd be closing early today. They had weeks to prepare for the staff person being out...
