1 /5 MrsCrimmins Ac2: Make sure you check your change and make sure you always get a receipt because I was shorted today and when I asked about it she told me no, then checked the receipt and realized she did short me money. She then pulled the exact change out from under the till like she was pocketing my money... Outrageous! Check your change and ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT!!!

5 /5 Alex: This thrift store is located off of main street in woodland. The store is clean and well organized, The pricing might seem expensive, but they usually have certain color tags at 50% off. I like the layout and vibe off this store more than larger chain thrift stores.

1 /5 Kassy Simpson: ATTN: DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOURE LOOKING TO BE HARASSED, THREATENED, FOLLOWED & INSULTED BY STAFF! After finished purchasing nearly $40 worth of clothing I was standing near the register with my belongings propped on top of a piece of furniture waiting patiently for my partner to finish her shopping. Her wallet was in my bag, and as I was retrieving it for her so she could proceed to check out I was approached by two employees who wrongfully accused me of stealing. When asked I emptied my bag. Nothing was found. Once they realized they were wrong one of the ladies started going off telling me the hoodie I was wearing belonged to the store after I walked in wearing it over my clothes, taking it off once it became to hot & uncomfortable to continue to wear. They both didnt believe me or my partner after repeatedly stating what I was wearing indeed was mine! Minutes of arguing continued back and forth as several customers stared watching everything go down. Finally she asked to look at the tag attached to my shirt. After showing her, once again she was proven wrong. However, I am no longer allowed in that store. Not only was I wrongfully accused, I was also threated and called many horrible names by one of the staff members. She followed me out and once I was out of the store she stood in the doorway still insulting me. Both staff members refused to give me their name when asked. This issue easily could have been resolved by apologizing, instead of walking up and instantly demanding to open my bag, then to give up my personal shirt I walked in wearing. Very unprofessional, very uncomfortable, very embarrassing situation, last but not least very hurtful. No customer should EVER be treated like this, even if that customer is doing something they shouldnt be doing! Im extremely sickened and disappointed for spending my money here to be treated this badly in return by being harassed and humiliated.

1 /5 Electric Butterfly: Incredibly high prices for the inventory of this thrift store. Typically you can find something worth paying a higher price tag for because of its uniqueness being a thrifted item, however, this store has a bunch of cheap lines such as target brand clothing and are asking near what it would cost brand new. Wall decor and lamps for example, are $25.00 and higher which is crazy! Again, someone could just go purchase something new because why would they thrift it when its stained, dingy holey, scratched up and the like? Im not sure who prices the items here, especially the clothing, but they seriously need to revisit their methodology. Gone are the days where thrift shops were reasonable. The funniest thing is— thrifts like this could make so much more if they would price their items realistically and would actually be able to move inventory so the same items arent on the shelves week after week!
